Saw the trailer this morning and it got me excited. I have to wonder how they will handle some of the elements of the book though, because if you've read The Hobbit you know it is an entirely different animal than The Lord of the Rings. If you've only seen The Hobbit cartoon from the 70's then you don't know about the talking animals that wash dishes for Beorn the skin-changer.

Surprisingly, the wait time was actually less for me on launch day. Instead of the 30 minute queues in early access, it was more like 10-15 minutes. Just enough time for me to grab a snack, start laundry, catch up on email, etc.

That will be helpful when looking for a group to do Heroics, I've seen in our own chat channel that it's sometimes hard to get a full group to do them. Thanks for the info Tommy!

Though I don't care to admit it, I did play WoW VERY briefly many years ago. I may or may not have been in Taint. I say that because those are memories that I have tried to burn out of my mind. B)

This is actually a known bug. You'll want to log into stonewallfleet.com using the same username and password as knightsofstonewall.com From there, click on your site name on the right, click on the Forum Profile tab. Then, the Edit button should be clickable.

I love my combo of Biochem, Bioanalysis, and Slicing. I am able to make the nice buff stims and medpacs without Diplomacy, and I can still get a nice income from slicing.

That time would work just fine for me, I work M-F, 8-5 (MST) so that time frame would allow me to come home and relax a bit. This should be quite awesome.

My Consular is as good as they get, aside from the fact that he just always looks angry.. :evil:

Totally agree as well, I mean yes there are a few issues still (Indoor lag as well as some rubberbanding mobs) but all in all it's a great game. I get lucky enough to get off work and get home before there are any queues to get on the server.

As I recall... ten years ago almost to the day, when Fellowship of the Ring premiered... PJ would always generate buzz a year out before release. For a solid four years or so... there would always be a LOTR movie to look forward to in some form (from the first movie theatrical release, to the sequels, then to the extended versions of each).

The release plan for these two Hobbit movies is December 2012 and Dec 2013... so until at least 2015 (when extended versions of each are finally released), expect to see this kind of teasing. I for one LOVE it. I am more excited for The Hobbit series than any other movies ever.

Trailer looks amazing! I wasn't actually expecting the film as early as December. I got far too excited when I heard Gollum :)
