The Fleet Resources Department is very proud to once again host two days of Halloween themed fleet events, for this 2014 Halloween season! Check out some of the amazing events and prizes we have planned this Halloween, and be sure to participate in the resources department's flagship event: "Trellium Catastrophe!"

Trellium Catastrophe, our flagship event, puts participants in pairs and immerses them in a foundry-based rescue mission, where teams will encounter all sorts of ground combat horrors. Rescue a distressed Vulcan crew fastest, for your chance to win amazing prizes! Join us on TeamSpeak for the duration of your run, for this UPDATED and amazingly interactive experience!

Zombie Crawl: Transform your Captain into a Zombie by putting your creativity to the test at the local tailor! Then join the horde of fellow fleet members for a Zombie crawl through four of the game's major social hubs, biting and gnawing at any fools that would stand in our way!

Zombie Hunt: After our Zombie Crawl concludes, we'll take to a ground PvP map for several matches of Zombie versus Zombie Hunter PvP, which will pit one or two fully equipped 'Zombie Hunters' against the remaining horde of Zombies who will attempt to destroy them by hand, biting off one chunk of flesh at a time! Join us for this amazing fun!

Costume Contest: A favorite event from last year, be sure to join us for another amazing costume contest by competing to win best costume in any of our fun award categories! We saw some amazing entries last year, and we're excited to see the creativity of our fleet members again, this Halloween!

The following is a prize list for the Trellium Catastrophe Event. The highest scoring five teams will share the Tier I through V prize packs. All other participants will receive Tier VI participation prizes!

Best Star Trek Character Likeness category: Costumes will be judged for the best likeness of a canon Star Trek character from the television series or movies. It doesn't need to be a bridge officer or main cast member, so let your creativity flow!

Best Cartoon Character Likeness category: Costumes will be judged for the best likeness of a pop-culture cartoon character of your choosing! Many such examples can be seen wandering the halls of Earth Space Dock and other public zones on occasion, including that of the legendary Doctor Zoidberg (pictured). Show us what you can do!

Scariest Costume category: Costumes will be judged on the how much terror your costume could strike into the heart of a red-shirt on an away mission! The most horribly terrifying costume will win this category!

Best Traditional Costume category: Have a costume idea that is more traditional and doesn't fit the other molds? No problem! This is your chance to win!

Best In Show!!: This GRAND PRIZE will be awarded to the best costume in the show, in terms of execution and overall effort! All costume entries will be considered for this ultimate award category!

The winning costume of each award sub-category will win 1,000 ZEN! If you win in one award category, you're not eligible to win in another award category, with the exception of the Best in Show GRAND PRIZE, which is open to all participants, regardless of whether or not their entry won in a previous category. The Best in Show prize is an additional 1,000 Zen!

You may create costumes to enter as many of the costume categories as you wish, however, your costume may only win one of the four sub-categories (best Trek likeness, best cartoon likeness, scariest costume or best traditional costume). As previously stated, all entries are eligible for the Best in Show grand prize!

The judging panel will be announced at the time of the event!

We'll have event hosts that will run teams of two through the Trellium Catastrophe event on both Friday, October 31st and Saturday, November 1st for several hours. The remainder of the events will take place during the day on November 1st, with exact times to be posted in the near future :)

Thread bump! Halloween's coming up quickly! Be sure to head to the tailor and create your zombie and costume contest costumes, for multiple chances to win BiG ZEN!

We usually help people find a team mate at the time of the event, if they don't have a specific friend that they'd like to team with, so no sweat there!

As a very special Halloween treat, we've compiled a photo gallery of all of our Halloween events than ran throughout the weekend, from our Halloween costume contest entries, to our Trellium Catastrophe team runs, our Zombie Crawl and Zombie versus Zombie Hunter PvP!
