Question... I assume your applying speed tanking with the Emp to Engs? On a personal note, i'd rather have the emp to shields as well as emp to eng. It improves tank ability and allows for higher defense ratings.

I'm only curious :P I've been tinkering, which is why i'm asking.

Personally I use both with Kel'el or however you spell her name. Keep them on constant rotation also with the Boff that reduces Emergency Power abilities.

Agreed, but in combination with the EMP to Shields, Omega and evasive you can speed tank as well until the cool down drops (reduced by the doff of course) to keep both of them up, practically constantly.

That being said I do like the direction you've taken with Engineer team.
