Question #1:
The Resources department cleaned and organized the fleet banks 734 times in 2013!

Question #2:
The estimated time spent organizing the banks, was 122.33 hours in 2013!

Question #3:
Personal shields and armour are stocked in the ground gear tab of the bank. Mark XII items are placed in the last three columns of that tab, which are reserved for Rear Admiral (upper-half) and Vice Admiral rank donations!

Question #4:
Please do not donate items, if the space allotted for them in the bank is already full. Consider selling those items at a vendor and consider donating that EC return to the fleet bank, if you so choose!

Question #5:
The first three columns of the consumables tab of the fleet bank are used for miscellaneous donations, that don't otherwise fall under any other tabbed category, and aren't forbidden by the "Prime Directive" of fleet bank donations (namely: no common items, no lockboxes, no tribbles, no food!)

Thank you to Voleron and the department!! I know when the hologram and title were originally announced before the convention I was disappointed as my likelihood of getting to a convention is slim. So the title was well worth the small amount of effort since two other members were competing :D

Now all I need is a Leeta dOff to be released for my Ferengi to have on his bridge hehe

This Factoid is brought to you by the Fleet Resources Department, as part of the on-going, month long, fleet bank donation drive!

Did you know...?

When you have extra data samples or particle traces that you're considering discarding, you can alternatively donate them to your local fleet bank! Data samples and particle traces can be donated to the first three columns of the consumables tab of the fleet bank, which are spaces that are reserved for miscellaneous donations. Alternatively, you can send your data sample or particle traces via in-game mail, to any of the fleet resources department members listed here, by accessing a mail console at any major social hub.

What're done with donated data samples and particle traces?

When the members of the resources department organize the fleet banks, they will remove the donated data samples and particle traces. They're then transferred to Stonewall's Crafting Corps fleet bank, where they're stored and utilized for crafting efforts. When the fleet banks are low on items, these samples are used to craft items which are deposited back into the fleet bank, in order to supplement the donation efforts of the membership at large.

(previous winners of a fleet bank donation drive give-away are excluded, to allow for new winners)correcta unique Holo-Leeta duty officer and convention veteran in-game title unlockThe give-away challenge will continue until the right answers are posted and we advise that the give-away is complete!

Questions:
  1. What can you do with unwanted data samples or particle traces, that can benefit the fleet?
  2. Name two different ways in which you can donate data samples or particle traces?
  3. Where in the fleet bank would you place your data sample or particle trace donations?
  4. Where should you place data samples or particle traces that you wish to donate to the fleet, if the spots that are designated for those donations in the bank, are already full?
  5. What happens to your donated data samples and particle traces?

Hint!: The answers to all the aforementioned questions are contained in this factoid post, and/or in the fleet bank tutorial video, linked in the first post of this thread.

What can you do with unwanted data samples or particle traces, that can benefit the fleet?

Donate them to the fleet bank, specifically the first three columns of the consumables tab.

Name two different ways in which you can donate data samples or particle traces?

Donate to the fleet bank or send in a mail to any of the fleet resources department members.

Where in the fleet bank would you place your data sample or particle trace donations?

The first three columns of the consumables tab.

Where should you place data samples or particle traces that you wish to donate to the fleet, if the spots that are designated for those donations in the bank, are already full?

Send them in a mail to a member of the resources department or save them up until space becomes available. A tidy bank is an efficient bank!

What happens to your donated data samples and particle traces?

They are transferred to the crafting corps bank to be used for crafting efforts (creating new items to be re-distributed back to the main fleets)

Question #1:
Unwanted data samples or particle traces can be donated to the feet resources department, for use in fleet crafting efforts.

Question #2:
You can donate your unwanted data samples or particle traces by placing them in the appropriate spot in any of Stonewall's fleet banks, or alternatively, you can send them via in-game mail to any of the four members of the Fleet Resources department.

Question #3:
Data samples and particle traces can be placed in the first three columns of the consumables tab of the fleet bank, which are spaces reserved for miscellaneous donations.

Question #4:
Please do not donate items, if the space allotted for them in the bank is already full. Consider retaining them until there is room, or sending them directly to a resources department member via in-game mail.

Question #5:
Donated data samples and particle traces are used for ongoing crafting efforts for the fleet. When fleet bank levels are low, the samples and traces are used to craft gear for placement back into the fleet bank, in order to supplement donations from the membership at large.

Congratulations to Zoli@Stduopollex for winning a unique, Holo-Leeta duty officer, for the mid-day very rare donation race!

At approximately 2:30 PM EST, on a donation race was announced in fleet chat, offering the unique prize for the first fleet member to donate five, very rare (purple) ground armour or gear to the appropriate tab of any of Stonewall's Fleet banks! Zoli was the first to complete this task and was awarded accordingly!

There are only FIVE days remaining in January, our fleet bank donation drive month! We still have LOTS of goodies to give away, so be sure to keep your eye on fleet chat, TeamSpeak and right here in the forums for random chances to win as our donation drive comes to a close!
