We need to run jumping puzzles for coins!

There's chests placed all over Tyria. I opened three in the Asura starting zone and got enough baubles to buy 2 continue coins.

I'm not sure if they even come out of jumping puzzle chests. They certainly didn't yesterday when I was doing them.

The Super Adventure stuff is amazing though! :)

Yes, I've looted continue coins from jumping puzzle chests. ;)

Continue coins are a complete waste, so don't bother. As brenus has pointed out, you can exit the instance and re-enter after death without the need of a continue coin. I've been running the instances with all 8 of my alts to collect bauble bubbles from the boss chests. I wanted to gear up all my characters with pretty skins =)
