What about Sunday?

Next weekend, I'll be spending Saturday night in Atlanta for Rachel Maddow's book tour. You guys could have a bye week -- maybe just some informal downtime on the starbase -- but I've also heard that our current Saturday evening time slot is getting inconvenient for some people.

So I'm wondering what everyone thinks about switching our events to Sunday nights. Is that going to conflict with anyone's schedule? Is there another night that might work? (Personally, I'm a little dicey on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but other nights ought to be okay.)

Sundays would generally be good for me.

Sundays would actually work rather well for me, so my attendance might improve from 'haphazard' to 'regular' if that switch occurred.

This weekend though, I'll be at PAX East, so I won't be able to make either day.

Also, jealous that you get to see Rachel! She's so cool!

I would actually prefer a weeknight. I am always so busy on the weekends. Maybe 8PM eastern on wednesdays?

Sundays would be awesome for me, but I could also work out doing it during the week if it started a little later, like after 7pm central. (I have to cook dinner every night, as I'm the only competent chef in the house. If I don't, the people starve.)

Sundays don't work particularly well for me, but my life is crazy with my Masters work anyhow...

Do you all want to push it back a little, or keep the event at the same time?

For myself, I won't get home from my internship on Sunday till about 4:30 or 5:00, maybe. It's really up in the air, it all depends on how much there will be left to be done in the gallery. But certainly don't plan everything around me. Most of the time, Sundays are going to be fine.

Sundays work for me. Well actually any day works for me as long as it isn't any earlier for a start time.

Since there didn't seem to be any problems last week, I'm switching us to Sunday for the foreseeable future. Just making sure everyone knows!

This coming Sunday is Easter...FYI! :)

I'd like to observe one time and see how it is then perhaps join in if that would be alright.

Well it's downtime. I can do downtime nights two weeks in a row if people are worried about missing it? That might not be a bad idea anyway. I have to help run a week of draggy charity events that will only conclude the afternoon of Sunday the 14th, so not having to invent a plot in the middle of that would be lovely.
