New Welcome Center Doc: Fleet Departments

Hey everyone

Lately, there's been a lot of confusion about how someone becomes a Fleet Captain, what departments we have and who's in what position. To help answer all of those questions, the Admirals have created a new page in the Welcome Center called Fleet Departments.

Take a look and let us know if there's anyway we can improve it! Thanks!!

Looks really nice, Nick! :) It contains a LOT more information than was available previously for new members or even members that have been with us for a long time. :cheer:

a most excellent resource that we can all refer members to .. when the @handle may be in a different fleet and not show up on the roster for a fleet in question.
