Trouble logging in?

Anyone having trouble logging in or know if the servers are down?

I keep getting a "You are not authorized..." message, but I triple checked that my serial code was entered, and it is. :(

Did you get an email asking you to verify your email...this could be the problem, dunno. We received email and followed it through and now no problems logging on. Others have reported not getting that all-important email-authenticator email and now they can't log on without it being done. Hope this helps if this is the case. :)

If you didn't get this email....contact them via support and ask for it to be resent.

IIRC, I got the email a few days ago. Will have to check through my emails to verify, though.

Already have an email in to supoort, will probably take some time to get a response, though.

Still no luck logging in. At least they changed the message stating that you have to enter your registration code (which I did several times). I've sent a second support ticket to ANet.

Would like to get back into the game... :(
