EMPIRE PVE

Hello! My name is Rybo and I will be your new PVE Officer! I'm sorry it's taking me a while to get started, but I'm dealing with a move and a new job. I promise by next weekend I'll have my shit together. I will be planning events such as datacron hunts, flashpoint days, heroic days, and once we're ready, RAIDS!

What I would like you guys to do for me is let me know when your peak play times are and what events you'd be interested in. I will have something for everybody. My time a bit limited, my peak play times are anytime Friday-Sunday. Feel free to contact me here or ingame for all of your PVE needs. My characters are Dendaius (DPS Mercenary), Maduin (DPS Sorceror) and Akitas (DPS Marauder). Do you see a pattern? I suck at tanking and healing. Sorry 'bout it!

I'd also like to know what you're playing and what spec you are. Thank you!

I'm off work and home by about 2pm mountain time and I can play until about 8pm. Down for raiding/flashpoints and whatnot.

Will prob have Jager as my main since he's closest to 50 at the moment, he's a Marksman spec Sniper.

When i play my mid 30's level sniper is on from about 5:30 till 7:30 pm est on weekdays, and varied hours between 10am and 7pm on weekends.

For the next few weeks i will be spending most of my time in Sto for the new content and one other game.

Im up for whatever, any pve or pvp we want to do on the empire side.

Hey Rybo! Thanks for posting about this. Getting into some raids/operations (and even just high-level flashpoints) with my sorcerer is one of the reasons I went looking for a new guild.

As for times, I'm easy. Almost any time can work, but I can't promise anything as RL takes priority and, if I have RL plans, then that's what I'm doing. (But, seriously... I have no life, so just about any time should work.) :lol:

As for my toons, I have a level 50 Sorcerer (Madness/DPS and CC) that I'm primarily interested in running for operations and high-level flashpoints. (I also have a sniper, but for DPS I enjoy the Sorcerer more.) I'm also in the process of leveling a Mercenary (healer) so she can run in operations, but for now it's just my sorcerer.

The best times when I have a large block to play are anytime around and after noon until about 5pm on the weekends and most weekday nights from about 10pm-12am (EST). The toon I would be bringing would by my Medicine Operative Alins who is 50. I will also be working on leveling a Deception Assassin named Lyros who is currently in the low 20's (his spec is subject to change).

Ryob you were so sweet in vent in welcoming me as a new member (well all of you have been in chat forums vent etc) know you had to bounce out for work but hey that is how you get to play is making irl credits.

As for me while I have one level 50 I am not really in love with her for any kind of ops and that is my mercenary .. its prolly my spec and lack of gear since it was my first toon to 50 and I was very clueless in getting her there. She is not guilded likely will just be available to help folks with class quests etc ... However my sorcerrer Lafeigh once I get her up I have been gearing and speccing to what I think is a more optimum FP/perhaps later OP level and then again understanding of the game that comes with a second toon.

I have never been heavy raider in all honesty, but weekends I would love to try to see how this game plays with the understanding that any spot I may take up now would be given to a hard core kinda guy/gal later. This would be for a sorcerrer that is not yet 50 but I plan to ding just taking my time with her and enjoying the ride. I do have the 50 BH but again not feeling that toon but could be made available ... I think sniper is what I will go for next to 50.

GREAT NEWS! I have been looking forward to some guild events (FPs, Heroics, War Zones whatever). My play time varies, but I can be on anytime Monday-Thursday between 4pm-10pm and Friday - Sunday 8am -12midnight (Pacific Time). I currently have a level 28 Assassin and 30 Sorcerer.

I've got a level 28 sith assassin (Marian), DPS-specced. I have classes in the mornings but I'm usually free in the afternoon and evening (pacific time) most days of the week. I'm totally down for whatever, so if I'm available you can probably count me in.

I'm game for some PvE...don't matter what we do really, just wanna hang with you guys =). I'm currently lvl 35 Dark Assassin (tank spec.) I'm normally online after 9PM (PST) on weekdays, pretty much any time on weekends.

Shoot me an tell/invite if you guys wanna do anything.

I love this idea! As you know Rybo I have no life so I am on almost all the time ready to do whatever.

OH and all you new people, why do I never see you on Ventrillo? Even if you think no one wants to hear you, we want to hear you and especially for the raids and big events TALKING is so much EASIER then TYPING. So even if you just listen please get Ventrillo.

I'm in Europe and can play most weekday evenings one or two hours and a little more during the weekend. I have no fixed times when i'm online, but it's sometime during these timeframes:
monday-friday 19:00 - 22:00 CET
weekend 10:00 - 22:00 CET

I'm open to all kinds of social events. It would be nice to get to know each other a little better, guild chat currently is too quiet too often. I might even give raiding a try if i'm allowed to make mistakes from time to time ;)

Friday 9pm est - Flashpoints will be the theme. Group up and do one or run a guildie through a flashpoint. Help everyone get raid ready!

Saturday - Saturday will be our raid day once we have enough people. For now, let it be hard mode day.

Sunday at 6pm est - Datacron / World Boss day!

Silver101uk, if i calculated correctly:
9 PM EST is 02:00 GMT and 03:00 CET
6 PM EST is 23:00 GMT and midnight CET

So....what is the etiquet for vent? If I login, which room should I idle in? Don't want to intrude on others needlessly.

There is also a whole section of the Code of Conduct relating to Ventrilo, but the basic rule is, be nice and respect everyone else. If they or you want privacy, all anyone needs to do is ask, but please try to get along in a larger group as that makes it more fun and takes the pressure off people like me who always need to fill the silence with bad jokes, lol.
