soo now that the servers are still down..

Sitting here wondering why they have people with no experience dealing with the community lol. No ETA is never a response you ever want to give in Technical Support or Customer Service it's basically saying we have no clue what were doing but we are working on it.

While I wait though I am working on my blog lol.

haha.. it's even more fun having to wait in a queue to even get to their official forums ;)

It's amazing how much crap I'm getting done around the house with the servers down.

Having worked in technical support for 10 years, I can tell you that "we don't know when it will be fixed, but our people are working on it" is SOOOO much better than "it'll be fixed in 2 hours" and then completely missing that mark.

The reason? Either you can work on it for 2 hours and HOPE that it gets fixed correctly or you can work on it until it's done properly and however long it takes is however long it takes.

True but that's also when you can give the feeling of knowledge via phone. A short post of "Extending maintenance no ETA" says nothing lol. Don't get me wrong I love this game I just think they need to polish up on their community skills and customer service.

I've played MMOs where they said absolutely nothing when the downtime extended beyond what they originally stated.

"Extending maintenance no ETA" does actually acknowledge our expectation of the servers being back up at the end of the stated end of the maintenance window.

Sadly, I'm at work. WTB more vacation time pls :(.

Same here. Even worse is I have the vacation time, it's just been too busy around here to use it. :(

I have the time and could use it, but seriously, 4 whole weeks of playing SWTOR and STO. :blush: This game will be around for a long long time, relax and play when you can, it gets better.
