Good guild members . . .

add their characters to the Character Manager!

Underneath Profile in the Main Menu, click Characters.

From that page, you can add, edit and remove any of the characters that are associated with your account.

The Character Manager is a tool that we use to help keep track of characters, their correct rank and the current levels in our different guilds.

Please take a few minutes to add in your characters. If they have yet to be invited in-game, just leave the Guild/Fleet to Discharged.

It doesn't appear to like the Lords of Stonewall. It's saying the input is invalid when you choose it.

Sorry about that. It should be fixed now.

When you're adding new characters and you click Submit, the form might not close as it should. It'll sit there and say "Please Wait". If that happens, just click the close the form with the Close button. You can refresh the character list to make sure your character add was successful.

HI Nick, I tried adding Querelle to the list but the only option I get is Star Trek On line. Am I doing something incorrect?

Start inputting it by hand, it will auto finish.

Okays that worked for the field.

But now when I click the submit button it just hangs there and never moves, I just get "please wait". After 10 min I gave up.

I'll try again later. /sighs

its not allowing me to click on the "Click here​ to add your first character." I get nothing

Okay finally able to click it but the drop down box is giving me issues now.

okay finally got it to work the drop down button doesn't work you have to start typing something.

Done and Done :) but I didn't add my Sith cause I'm not sure if I'm gonna guild him yet.

There was a seemingly endless "please wait", but when I checked the chars were added. Hope I did all right. :)

Sorry for the troubles. What's the name, class, faction and guild of the character(s) you're trying to add? I can add them for you.

It also keeps sending me back to the Main Page when I try to add a character.

Are all of you having problems adding characters?

From the menu up top, when you mouseover PROFILE, you should get a short menu and the second option should be Characters. After you click on that, you should get a Character Manager section. When you click on the Add button, there should be an Add Character section displayed immediately below the Character Manager section.

If you're not getting the Add Character section, does it display anything at all?

I'm having the same problem. I click on profile/characters, and it takes me to a screen that says:

You don't have any characters listed yet.
Click here​ to add your first character.

So click on "here" and the link just takes me back to the main page.

OK, I think I get it. When it takes me back to main page at the bottom is the Add Character tool. But you have to, at least initially, manually input info.
