That's how I had it done originally... but figured I would be in the dog house when the jokes started flying.

Something I quickly came up with...

There is also Rainbow Blades which confirmed to me they are in fact coming over. Also still up in the air is Albany Sith, Albany Republic, and Scorpious which have all been contacted but not made a public statements as of yet.

Yeah I emailed an officer they got assigned to some Darth server so they will be manually starting over on the Jekk Jekk Tar server as well from what I understand they will have both sides accounted for.

Now I gotta ask, with one big huge LGBTQ server, can we get rainbow lightsaber crystals?

Yay! I think that sounds cool. Named after a weird Alien bar! Kinda fitting. Only the word could be something easier to pronounce. ^^

quick secret to getting a purple blade...find an item on sale or for credits and simply remove the crystal by hitting cntrl + right click. it till open the item up and you can click on the item(s) you want to remove. then simply repeat on the object that you want to add it too and tada! purple lightsaber..

well it was at least in beta :P

Looks like one of the larger guilds on there will be "The Older Gamers". I read some stuff about them a while back when I was searching for a guild. Seems to me they are a very respectable, mature group.

I've been in their guild in a few different games. Very nice and well organised.

I was wondering .. maybe we can assist them with raising the guild charter cost quickly..

It would be a nice thing to do. A single character will have that much cash by the time he/she finishes the starter planet, so it shouldn't be too onerous to pull together the funds across multiple folks. Reaching out an offer to help build funds would be a nice gesture.

I second that notion! :P

Is there going to be a server wide chat channel for all the GLBTQ guilds?

isn't the a name for the Alliance of the GLBTQ guilds?

hmmm maybe set up a site for the alliance guilds... I feel an idea coming on...

In my experience alliance websites are always pretty dead as everyone favours their own particular guild and as such I don't think it would be worth the time and effort to set one up.

As for the alliance chat room, if it's possible it would be worth doing but they don't work like normal chat rooms in my experience. There's a reason people join different guilds, it's because they have different rules and different play styles. Throwing everyone into the mixer together would create a whole load of problems and some "You can't tell me what not to say" drama.

Alliance chat rooms are good if you can keep them to important information like "KoS raid need 3 more" or "Sith attacking western gate!!!"

I love alliances but nobody should be expecting a utopian society just because we are all GBLT :)

Very much agree with this.

I've contacted our Allies and Adversaries. As you know, The Prismatic Order is moving to Jekk'Jekk Tarr. Masters of Evil have decided to stay on the server they were placed, unfortunately.

I thought that Masters of Evil was the one that broke off from the chain because they wanted to play on a different server type. Am I confusing them with one of the others?

They were still on the email list so I contacted all of them. They're going for an RP server.

Is anyone besides me aware that we have no presence on the SWTOR Forums?

I'm slightly worried by the number of servers showing up as "Full" in the server list already (including Jekk'Jekk!)... hope I'll be able to make a toon there...

We did have threads for both Knights and Lords of Stonewall on the forums, but it looks both threads have been removed. We'll have to make new ones.

I've been in a queue to log into the Jekk'Jekk server for over 30 minutes now.

Someone said they're adding servers, however if the existing servers are full/overfull and people have already created toons on those servers, what's the reasoning behind adding servers? No one's going to want to move, even if there's a free transfer involved.

The large guilds (which all seem to be on Jekk'Jekk) certainly won't want to move.

Trying to figure out how this is a good thing... as the game isn't yet released to the full/general public?

Didn't even bother sticking around. There were 480 people ahead of me. Our server had the longest estimated wait time (35 minutes). Well back to WoW for me. This is very diappointing. It's only going to get worse when it actually launches, unless they plan on increasing the number of people the allow on the server at one time.

Give it till after the holidays. Remember right now there is a lot of people who would normally not have time off for vacation/holiday breaks so they are trying to get in as much time as possible or as Aldente said "marathon sessions". I have a feeling it will drop severely after the new year. I am not to worried about the release date making it worse as most "hardcore gamers" got the pre-release to try and get ahead or "first" so more casuals will be getting it on launch.

I am disappointed at the responses from Bioware "Pick a new server" I sit here in a 30 min queue with almost all servers showing very heavy or full.
