Please visit your guild page to see if your guild was assigned to a server. When Early Game Access† begins, server assignments will also be highlighted on the in-game server selection screen with a guild flag ().

If your guild was assigned a server, you'll have an in-game invitation waiting when you join the assigned server. This invite will expire on 1/2/2012 at 11:59 PM CST. If you haven't accepted the invite by then, you'll need to contact the guild leader or officers in-game for an invite. We encourage you to visit your guild page in order to save any information you'd like to keep before the above date.

If we missed the cutoff for the early guild deployment do we just wait till we can log in to the game and whisper an officer for an invite or is there a process for doing that through the website before that point?

We got assigned to go to Vornskr. Which is a complete fail because TART is going to The Jekk'Jekk Tarr, along with a hefty chunk of the LGBT guilds. So we're going to The Jekk'Jekk Tarr.

This is NOT the server we were assigned, so if you see this symbol:
(yellow flag)
That'd be for Vornskr. We believe that the character creation screen will open for your assigned server automatically, so back out and select The Jekk'Jekk Tarr server.

We will have to purchase the guild charter and form the guild manually, of course. Exact character name details will be updated to this post, but hoard your credits until the guild is formed, in beta it cost 5,000 credits to form the guild.
