Hahahaha. My husband is already practically counting the seconds until Early Access. I can just imagine him having something like this on his desk taunting him for a whole week before he could actually play it.

good to know. atleast we'll have our server up and running.

How do I know which server it will be? Will it preselect that server for us when we log in the first time?

Dont believe it will auto select for you, I heard that if you are part of a pre launch guild you will be sent an email with all the details, then the first character you create on that server gets automatically added to the guild

Has anyone gotten the client to download? The site has been on MAINTENANCE for days now. :( can't even see what my start date is. Grrrr

I've heard that they are in the process of clearing out the forum threads so that only people who have preordered can access the site.

For now, the only thing I can suggest is to keep checking the site - hopefully it will come back up soon!

Hmmm. I did pre order. day it dropped, because after 3 years I wasn't taking any chances. lol

of course Amazon screwed up my access key and I didn't think about it until they announced the early access for pre orders and I freaked out on the phone with a game rep. lol

You really just need to patch the launcher. If you don't have that, you're welcome to download it from my site. I uploaded the latest 39mb sized version so it should download pretty quick. Once you do that, I'd recommend letting the launcher run for as long as needed to fully patch. I've included a .rar package that contains the .exe if you're not comfortable with downloading .exe directly. The game size is about 18.5gbs. I hope this helps!

It's the order in which you redeemed your code, not really when you pre-ordered. :)

Invitations will be sent throughout the Early Game Access period offering rolling access to the game in the order in which you redeemed your Pre-Order Code, so be sure to check your email inbox!

I'm thinking they won't wait an entire 24 hrs in between each wave. I'm sure they have some calculations they've done to ease everyone in without overloading the servers or ruining the questing experience by overpopulating the zones.

Of course, I'm just pulling that part out of my (beep). It would be really interesting to see a behind the scenes video for launching this MMO! :woohoo:

I purchased my collectors edition preorder and redeemed my code at like 10AM on the day it was made available. If I am not in the 1st wave...well...I just better be in the 1st wave... :P

Ditto Rennex I bought my stuff the first day it was offered. I'm planning on the 13th.

Back up plan: Playing the original KOTOR, finally got it running on windows 7.
