Is it just me, or are they packing a little bit of humor into each video they release?

Oh for sure! I think they are trying to target all grps of gamers from raiders, hard core pvp'rs, causual players (me) and those that want a rich story line.

Edit: just watched the smuggler video again...okays so it's like the 10th time. :) The whole thing is so Indiana Jones! Picture the guy with the light saber...replace it with knives. Also the chase scene were the smuggler is running after one guy and the door opens and it's a whole bunch of guys. LOL Love it!

Called it the minute I saw the Jedi twirling his light saber.. "Indiana Jones" slipped out of my mouth as the Smuggler drew his gun.

Commando (probably balanced healer/damage as much as possible) is definitely going to be my first go.. Gunslinger is a pretty darn close second (all damage).

Then I may consider a Sith vs. a Bounty Hunter to see the Imperial story. Only then I may consider one of the Jedi, but right now I'm much more excited about the non-Force users right now.

To funny I was thinking the same thing when I saw the light sabers start to twirl.

Smuggler is my first choice but the trooper (healer/dps version) is also running a close 1st for me.

Bounty Hunter for sure and after a bit possible a force type toon at some point. I do like the counselor but after seeing him toss pebbles at the enemy I was like...mah.

I'll be playing at least 2 toons on each side. Bounty Hunter and Imperial Agent on one side and Trooper and Jedi Knight on the other.

I'm really glad that, across the player-base, people are excited about the non-force wielding classes. I've been imagining a universe of Jedi for six months and they seem to have designed the classes well enough people aren't feeling Jedi are the only real option.

I myself started as a consular and loved it. i loved healing people and throwing my pebbles at them. great fun.
Then i played the trooper, and wow! It was sooo much fun i ended getting it up to the tatooine stuff and was having soo much fun. not sure which i like the most but i will tell you the Trooper will be my second if not my main.
