Please submit this weeks weight by Saturday at noon pst. Also remember to post any recipes that you have tried and record those points for the challenge.


This weeks challenge is to exercise 3 times this week at least 30 minutes each. 5 points for each day for a total of 15 points.

I've lost a stone over the last month through marathon training. I won't be losing any more so won't be entering but I wish everyone luck. I have an after photo but no before one, wish I had taken one.

Reminder to please send in this weeks weight in. Try to get them in by Saturday noon pst.

Also the challenge for last week was "to exercise 3 times this week at least 30 minutes each. 5 points for each day for a total of 15 points."

Week 3 Try a new excercise this week. 5 points for each new exercise (7 exercise max 35 points total)

sorry I was late in submitting today, been cleaning house which incidentally is a really good fat burning exercise. Especially if it involves scrubbing the kitchen floor and bathroom shower lol.
But my main new exercise at the gym was the rolling plank, try it at your peril but it really does give the best core workout. its like an inverted sit up (sort of)

This weeks goal - Week 5 - Pay it forward for 10 points. Pay it forward is just doing something nice for someone and don't accecpt or expect anything in return. This is only a 1 time activity, for the points.
