ST: Pandora "Q's Cue"

((This was originally intended to be the season two opener of Star Trek: Pandora. However, life got in the way and I wasn't able to finish it. It also didn't help the story just wasn't working out. In order to spare you all the pain, I've edited these posts to delete the story text.
