Fleet Captains (Sept/Oct 2010)

First of all, on behalf of Nick, the Officers and the whole fleet I'd like to thank Counsla, Jaesun, Starseed, Geo-Sinner-68, Capt.Makarand and Ringslinger for their excellent work as Fleet Captains, and hope to see them return to the post in future.

As you all know the role of Fleet Captain is now based on two month terms, and I'd like to announce the Fleet Captains for the months of September and October, 2010.
