My $0.02: If you have the capability to buy/rent/watch the TOS Blu-Rays, do it. We recently got season 1 (and now 2 & 3), and were blown away by the quality, and the redone special effects. TOS has never looked this good before. I'm not a real audio/videophile, but damn, it looks and sounds amazing!

Superb idea Brandon! I'm already enjoying the trip down memory lane. Will you watch Enterprise after the TOS or are you watching them in order of which series came next, i.e. TNG?

I'm really looking forward to seeing the blu-ray set of TOS I've seen some clips on the official Star Trek website and the enhancements look impressive! Do you get both the enhanced and the un-enhanced version of the episodes on the blu-ray set or just the redone ones?

I love this thread. ^.^ Hearing the music from the original series always gives me goosebumps. Love all of the 1990s references in that episode, as well as the "United Space Ship Enterprise" line that McCoy delivers. ^.^
