I was laughing like crazy. Each of those posters is absolutely hysterical. Totally called the 'Lost' one too. :P

On a related note, what this secretary was doing is one of my pet peeves. I really don't understand why secretaries think that they're entitled to asking those with technical skills to drop everything and do personal tasks for them.

I am beyond in tears! I needed that so bad today. It reminds me of what we used to do to my old college friend Jess.

While strolling the streets of Chelsea we saw a poster for a missing cat and my roomate and I took a bunch down. Jess screamed at us for it and when we didn't put them up she literally cried and begged us to put them back up. Well it's hard to put them back up when they are in flames... my roomate's doing not mine. LoL!

The beta server is going to be back up soon, so I wanted to get an update on who else is in the current beta. Thought we might find opportunities to test together.

If you can get me a invite I'll be happy to join :P

Are the chat channels not universal over the different servers?

Only two other EU guild members responded in the 'i pre-ordered' thread. So i hope we'll be able to play on the same server.

I think this recipe idea is great, here is the recipe for the traditional Irish potato dish called "Champ" with my own unique twist. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Serves: 4

1kg (2 1/4 lb) potatoes, peeled and halved
250ml (8 fl oz) milk
1 bunch spring onions (called scallions in Ireland), thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
50g (2 oz) butter
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 bottle of vodka or other spirit
1 bottle of coke
1 straw
1 cocktail umbrella

Preparation method
Prep:15 mins | Cook:25 mins

1. Place potatoes into large pot and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to the boil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

2. Drain well. Return to very low heat and allow the potatoes to dry out for a few minutes. (It helps if you place a clean tea towel over the potatoes to absorb any remaining moisture.)

3. Meanwhile, heat the milk and spring onions gently in a saucepan until warm.

4. Mash the potatoes, salt and butter together until smooth. Stir in the milk and spring onion until evenly mixed. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve piping hot in bowls. Set out some extra butter for individuals to add to their servings.

5. Pour a large measure of Vodka in to a glass, add coke, umbrella and straw. Drink and repeat until you forget to eat the champ. Remember to have a pizza menu handy for later.

6. As you have gotten drunk instead of eating, you can fry the cold champ the next morning in a pan with some eggs as a hangover cure.

Almost forgot here's my Recipe for Blue Cheese Guacamole:

2 Large Ripe Avocados

1 cup crumbled Roquefort Blue Cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons finely sliced scallions

1/4 cup jarred sliced pickled green jalapenos (or mini gherkins if you don't like spicy)

1/4 teaspoon paprika or cayenne pepper

Just mash it all up in a chilled bowl and serve with chips or "crisps" as our British brethren say lol

Unless Bioware make it so you have to choose either EU or US servers, but can't have both, I plan to have characters on both sides of the Atlantic. I hope that will make it easier for the KoS and LoS guilds to function, as then we can have more that one designated guild server for our worldwide group and we can hold events on any of them, we just have to pick one in advance.

I know it would be great if we could all be on the same server all the time, but if there are lag issues for the Europeans or Austrailians then we could just play on our local guild server until the lag issue resolves. We also have Vent and the IRC channel to chat in if we are on different servers at times, and I'm sure we can come up with an even more user friendly way of chatting online with guild mates on other servers once the game launches.

Re: Pre-Order information

Hi Jason. Yes you should still get the early access code with a staff discount and as you will need it before the game is shipped, they should email it to you. In most cases with games, the product key is what you input on your SW:TOR profile page to unlock any special features assigned to that particular copy of the game. However, that is usually on the manual and so retailers who provide early access as a pre-order bonus have to ensure you can access that special feature before you get the manual. They should either send you the product key early or a seperate code just for early access. Check every email they send you from now on incase the code is somewhere at the bottom.

I have found that some retailers forget to send out these codes as not all the games they sell need early access, so if you still haven't received a code in the week before early access begins, email their customer services department with a request. I had to do that for Star Trek Online with Amazon UK.

The following tags have been nested in the wrong order: quote
Looks like BioWare already has this planned. It appears that during Phase 3 "Deployment" that they will assign the guild to a server that meets the Guild's setup (RP, PVP, Allied Guilds, etc).
So the EU part of this guild will end up on a US server. I hope it will be a mixed EU/US server.

Question: My BF's best friend is a manager at Gamestop so I was going to make use of his employee discount to get the collectors edition. Would I still get an early access code, how would I or the person reserving it for me get that code? Would it be emailed?
