Good luck with the repairs! Solid state hard drives are coming down in price and from what I understand, are less prone to break down than conventional ones. That's the route I'll probably be going in my next computer build!

Not accurate, unfortunately :( They had no need in past to track what ships you had and dismissed, so only ships in dry dock will get you a card. You can reclaim your Cstore ships and get card and dismiss again, but ships not reclaimable won't get card.
