STEP ONE
Take a screenshot of your in-game window by pushing the 'Print Screen' button while in STO.





STEP TWO
Alt-tab out of the game and to this browser window. Click on the clipboard icon below to navigate to the Snaggy website.



STEP THREE
Paste your image into the browser window by pressing 'control' and 'v' keys





STEP FOUR
Once your image is uploaded, the Snaggy website will give you a link to your newly uploaded image. You can then login to the SGN website with your account, and copy and paste the link to your screenshot in a reply to this thread! Your link will remain valid for six months.

The Arena of Sompek challenge (#AOSChallenge) is upon us once more, starting on August 17th in Star Trek Online.  We're challenging all Stonewall warriors to team up throughout this first weekend of the event and to participate in this PvE queue mission.  We want to see which teams can reach the highest level in this challenge and the members of the top THREE teams will earn prizes and bragging rights as detailed below.  Rally your friends, ready your phasers and sharpen your bat'leths to achieve victory!



The purpose of this weekend is to have Stonewallers competing against one another for glory!  To compete, simply participate in the 'Arena of Sompek' PvE queue throughout the weekend and at the end of the mission, grab a screenshot that clearly shows your party members and the final level that your team reached.  You can do this by pressing the 'Prt Scrn' button on your keyboard and then pasting the image into MSPaint or your favorite graphic editor, or by typing /screenshot_ui_jpg on a blank line in your in-game chat window.  Then post that screenshot in this thread with a list of your teammates to enter the competition!  Complete contest rules are listed below:

• Your team must be composed of at least THREE Stonewall fleet or armada members to qualify (max of two PUG members)
• Screenshots must be submitted as a reply to this thread before Tuesday,  August 22, 2017, to be eligible
• You can enter the contest multiple times throughout the weekend (ie. if you do a run with one team, you can also be part of a run with another team that enters, HOWEVER, you're only eligible to win ONE prize pack.  For example, if you're part of a team that wins second place, and ALSO part of a team that comes in third, you will only win the highest prize that you're eligible for, not second and third place prizes combined).

While the purpose of this competition is to bring Stonewallers together in the spirit of friendly competition throughout the weekend, we are also giving away some prizes to the three teams to reach the HIGHEST level by the end of the event weekend:

First Place Team

• 5 Stonewall Credits for EACH member
• (Stonewall Credits are redeemable at the Stonewall Credit Store for in-game and out of game prizes)
• The winning team will also win bragging rights and we'll spread the word of your success both in-game, on the fleet website and on our social media streams!

Second Place Team

• 4 Stonewall Credits for EACH member

I think I remember The DS9 episode where Worf was sick of using replicated klingon costumes, he felt dishonored that he couldn't wear real fur and hide.. so he got quark to use his black market contacts, and Quark raised a load of tribbles for there fur and got a Targalian Razor Beast for Worf to skin... and Worf made a pretty costume...
SpacePETA found out and they blockaded the station with their SpacePeace barges  ... Sisko wasnt to pleased and told him off, Worf learned a valuable lesson that day.

Greetings Vanguardians, the Commanders are happy to announce our 2017 Pride Event, the first of many events we look forward to hosting for you.  We're starting back off small, with a mini-event, since we don't want want to interrupt our members other engagements.  As time goes on and events are something the SWVG members come to look forward to, you can expect events to be much grander.

The event will be held on Saturday, July 29th from 2pm to 4pm EST.

Without further ado, here's what you can look forward to:


We will be holding a raffle.  The top three draws will win the following prizes: 

First Draw: Mini Southsun Faren + 20% of the Pot
Second Draw: 20% of the Pot
Third Draw: 10% of the Pot

The remainder of the Pot will go to the Guild Bank to fund further projects.

Tickets are on Sale the week leading up to the Event for 2 gold each. To purchase tickets send an in game mail to EstherNe.7380 or Halish.6054 with your payment. You can purchase as many tickets as you'd like.  The drawing will happen on the close of the event of the 29th.



To start off the festivities we will be dropping a Feast and providing costumes for a costume brawl.

The feast will take place in the central Beer Garden in the Guild Hall.

Meanwhile, there will be an arena built for Costume Brawling goodness.
-If you have your own favorite costume, please bring it, the more crazy costumes we see the more fun it'll be.



EstherNee has built a Jumping Puzzle in the Guild Hall (don't go looking for it before the event, we've got our eyes on you).  For this hour guild members can run the Jumping Puzzle trying to get their best time. There will be prizes for the top 3 times.

Winner: 25 Gold +3 Stonewall Credits
Runner-up: 15 Gold +2 Stonewall Credits
Third Place: 10 Gold +1 Stonewall Credits

I've been a member of this fleet since almost the beginning, and never noticed that the logo made an SF until now. Wow.

Those coming from out of the country should plan more time for getting through security as they're increasing airport screenings to get into the US starting today.
