A few years ago I rolled with 2 monitors but I found it quite problematic. Nothing really has "real" support for duel monitors. For example when playing an MMO I believe you should have the game running full screen on the left screen and the right screen taken by all the UI elements that normally block your view (maps could be HUUGE) but this doesn't happen.

The only benefit is so you can have websites or chat programs open at the same time but now I used a laptop for that and my PC power is entirely dedicated to the game instead of trying to display two monitors.

I think a PC and a Laptop is the better option than 2 monitors.

I just logged out from a very boring raid in WoW and checked my email and saw my invite for Tomorrow at 1pm! I actually yelled out loud and woke my cat up.

I'm soooo excited I'm not going to be able to sleep now. I haven't been able to enjoy any other game since I played this past weekend. SWTOR has ruined me for anything else!

I know exactly how you feel matey, I cant even look at another game right now I am such a huge Star Wars fan, not that I am not a Star Trek fan, I just love all of the great storyline TOR brings us. That and I LOVE my glow stick :)

well, CE people are getting the Cantina VIP wrist band for free when it runs over 1,000,000 credits in-game. So giving you a STAP with free mount training is nothing.

At work I have 2 monitors and its handy but at home I have just the 1 monitor and use a laptop or iPad to look up stuff as I am playing

Got mine did everyones not specify a start date and end date? The irony of the whole email was that Wednesday I posted on the mmoden forums that I would sleep with someone to get into the non weekend beta:) Got the email and thought it was that since there was no end date in the email:)

Ah I'm like you, I preordered as well. To clarify, the lvl 25 speeders cost 8k credits, the training to use them, 40k. At max lvl 50, the training is upwards of 300k and the max lvl speeders are 33k. With slicing, this is no problem at all. I have read some people's accounts of just questing and looting, not sinking any credits into crew skills and thus being able to afford it without slicing.

But all this could change, come launch, bioware might nerf slicing or change the mount costing. I'm not sure bout the preorder mount training. I remember in other games, like AoC, where i got a preorder mammoth and the training came with it, so maybe we'll be lucky

How many on here use more than one monitor for work/play? I have one monitor, but I keep getting this nagging feeling that one more (or two) would feel real nice. Anyone recommend it or not? Opinions are welcome.
