Well I don't think its as simple as that. A vast number of players are in the red zones and can't get access to the game after launch. For eg, in australia there is no way to get game access unless you import from sites like amazon. No digital option, no way you'll get it before xmas. December if you're lucky, and even with the pricey priority shipping.

This is so frustrating. Such a simple problem, they know I've preordered, they can have my cc details, I'll pay 3mth/6mths/whatever!! Why can't we play at launch like the yanks and euros??? Is it really that hard?

No what this is about, is getting people to cancel where ever they have preordered and order from origin, so EA gets more $$$

Yes, I do get your point Van, you're right, it's not a life changing problem, I should just build a bridge and all that etc. Its just very frustrating to be put to the side, yet again, for the priority zones. Red zones got left out of most of the beta, I registered from day 1, I would of even PAID to play beta. I've been waiting for ages and planned and set aside time this xmas period to get my gaming on, only to be shafted yet again!! It just absolutely sucks. I'm not the only one, there's massive threads all over the place.

So please, do not trivialize my nerdrage. Unless you live in the red zones, you do not know how powerless AND SUCKY it feels right now.

Ya know what...after the 20th of December most of all this anger is going to go away and folks will be playing the game, having fun, laughing at how many times I've crashed my ship into something durning space combat and over all enjoying the game and each others company.

I know lots of folks are going to say "but I was told I was going to get early access", if you don't get in till the 20th or the 22nd, that is okay as the game will be here, your guild mates will be here and the galaxy will go on. Just think, a year from now I wonder if anyone will even be able to give specifics on all this complaining.

Thanks to Fauxy for reminding me to check my email. The instructions from BioWare was there with the button to download. I'll do that tonite.

As they said they will start early access on the 13th, I do not expect to get the invite for the 13th and actually hope I don't as I have to work next week, with the exception of the 16th which I have off. I figure a 3 day weekend will be enough.

Wookie, Ryyven, I think I've found the best option so far...

My housemate uses this package consolidation site, http://www.shipito.com/ to get them to forward on packages from the US (US hates sending to the rest of the world, where's australia lol). My housemate had no problems in the past. Shouldn't be too hard to change the amazon shipping address to the shipto one. They should receive by the 22nd and I can get my code emailed to me (haven't yet confirmed but it should be ok) and then my CE sent out later on.

Waiting for 2 days is much better than waiting till sometime after 25th, or risk using some dodgey gold seller site. Thoughts??

Being in NZ I too am a bit pissed. No way is Amazon gonna open 10's of thousands of game packs and email all our codes to us.

Using a VPN is also no good as your credit card address needs to match the address you give the game peeps.

Guess we get early access then stop playing on the 20th until the game arrives :(

Even if Aussies and Kiwis get the game on the 20th I am not sure how payment is going to work as origin clearly reject our details.
