Is this an intended effect?

I turned up my settings to max and this resulted in a black screen. What I found is that by doing this is also increases your screen refresh rate past 60 (which my monitor can't handle). What I did was go to the following location in my pc (after a reboot)

In Windows 7 - C:\Users\YourUserNameHere\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings

Then locate client_settings.ini and open it in notepad. Find the line that states Monitor Refresh Rate and replace the numbers with what your monitor can handle. Save file and open up Launcher!

Problem should be resolved.
