Once I get my witch's broom repaired I will fly up. Lol, I won't be able to go this year, sadly. Besides, who ever will watch over the fleet? I'm pretty confident in saying that the rest of our Admiral's will end up in jail/detox for public indecency, disorderly conduct and drive-by "taste the rainbow" skittle attacks. I refuse to pay bail money for them again :P

That's pretty cool. Tom of Finland was a great artist. It's great that they're honoring him with these stamps. Would be awesome if we could do something like that in the US, but it does look like we're getting a Harvey Milk stamp.

Well Fleetie Darlings! It's that time again. Time to start planning for our annual meetup at the Creation Star Trek Convention in Fabulous Las Vegas!

Members of Stonewall Fleet, old and new, come every year to the Rio All Suite Hotel to have a geeky blast at one of the largest Star Trek conventions in the world with the consistently highest number of celebrity attendees per year.

If you're planning on going or would like more information please feel free to post your questions here or on our Stonewall Vegas Group. Cheaper ticket packages post on the Creation site closer to the the actual convention date which is July 31st to August 3rd. I also recommend using Cheaptickets and Orbitz for hotel/flight packages as you do get a decent discount when you bundle.

I will continue to post updates on this thread and in the group as the date draws nearer.

I picked up Alpha Centauri from a GoG sale earlier but will keep my eyes on this as well.

I do actually have Alpha in boxed form as well which I used to play ages ago as well.

The show and game have loose tie ins. Supposedly to a greater extent in season 2. Season 1 was pretty loose. They would add a storyline mission to tie in the newest character in the tv show for instance. And I think a game characters face was added onto a wanted poster on the tv show.

Thanks for your collective hard work in making this event happen for the fleet. I enjoyed the events I participated in, and I know that everyone else did as well! Looking forward to the Summer ... (whatever rhymes with summer) event next season!
