The SGN DbD tournament is a team-based tournament that will span several different days. Each day of the tournament, teams will compete against one another in a series of matches, with one team playing survivor against another team's killer. The lowest scoring team will be eliminated and the others will progress to the next scheduled day, until one team remains. The last remaining team will be named winner of the team component of the tournament and will receive winning prizes as a team!

The four members of the winning team and the highest scoring player from the second place team will then progress to the final day, where they'll play a series of matches as both killer and survivor and the individual who accumulates the most points throughout the day will be named SGN's DbD Tournament Champion, earning the amazing Championship trophy!

The specific tournament structure will be posted after sign-ups are complete, as the length of the tournament will be determined by the number of teams that sign-up. If fewer than three full teams sign-up, the tournament will be postponed and we'll try again later in the year.



General Rules

• Every individual player must sign-up at the link below, even if signing up as part of a team
• You may sign-up with less than a full four person team and we'll try to place you in or fill your group
• You must play the survivor and use the outfit that you choose during sign-up survey for the duration of the tournament. If signing up with a team, please ensure that every member selects a different character
• Once your group has signed up or you've been placed with a team, we'll create a group DM in Discord that you and your teammates must be responsive to ahead of the tournament

Tournament Rules

• Only yellow & brown items, add-ons & offerings may be used
• Specific details concerning scoring will be shared closer to the date of the tournament
• Although we won't limit your gameplay strategy by imposing specific rules such as 'no tunneling', we want to remind our competitors to treat others the way you'd like to be treated when going up against them. Play hard, but play fair and play to have fun!
